Sarah thinks she's struck gold when she finds a one-bedroom apartment at Asilo Del Mar Apartments in Los Angeles. Lots of open space, nice neighbors, and even a cute next-door neighbor. Everything isn't as it seems: strange noises keep her awake at night, her cat has vanished, and everyone around her is being overly helpful and friendly, with the exception of Lester, the eccentric. Sarah soon discovers that she didn't select this flat-it found her.
