A novelist and a corporate accountant find themselves in bed together while on business in a city far from their homes. Although she is married and he is dating someone else, their overwhelming passion transforms a one-night stand into an unexpected romance and a welcome reprieve from daily life's commitments. We see a portrayal of an evolving connection through a sequence of moments –some meaningful, some humorous, and others intensely private–that paints a picture of an evolving relationship that may become the most significant of their lives.
