Colt rocky and TumTum must battle with an evil toxic waste dumper in order to conserve their friend Joe and a local Indian tribe. The 3 Ninjas must help find Joe's dad and discover a disc that includes evidence that could prevent the toxic landfill that is ruining the Indian community. However the man owns town and he controls both the police and the mayor. They must struggle renegade cowboys and a motorcycle gang in this ninja adventure that is non stop.
