In the not-too-distant future, a devastating virus spreads over Europe, driving the United States to establish quarantine refugee camps. Delon (Natasha Henstridge) and Lemieux (Christopher Lambert) become involved in an investigation after learning of a brutal murder in a Boston camp. Suspecting the vicious assassin is infected, the pair has just hours to apprehend him before he spreads the virus and infects the entire populace.
