Miguel, a horrifically scarred young guy, goes on a rampage during a masquerade party, raping and then mutilating a female. After five years in a mental institution, he is released into the care of his sister, Manuela, who runs a boarding school for young women with their wheelchair-bound mother. Miguel develops an obsession with one of the school's female students and wishes to replicate his sister's incestuous relationship.
