In a dystopian Detroit, grand homes that when housed the affluent are now homes of the city's most-dangerous wrongdoers. Surrounding the area is a large wall surface to keep the rest of Detroit secure. For undercover cop Damien Collier, everyday is a battle versus corruption as he battles to bring his dad's killer, Tremaine, to justice. At the same time, Damien and an outlaw named Lino interact to save the city from a plot to damage it.
