Sang-hyeon owns a laundromat and helps out at a church nearby where his friend Dong-soo works as a volunteer. Sang-hyeon sometimes steals babies from the church's baby box with the help of Dong-soo, who deletes the church's CCTV footage that shows a baby was left there, and they sell the babies on the adoption black market. But when So-young, a young mother who had given up her baby, comes back, she finds them and decides to go on a road trip with them to meet the baby's possible infertile parents. Soo-jin and Detective Lee are looking for them at the same time.
