Cryptozoologist Doctor Peña catches the legendary Chupacabra on a remote Caribbean Island to make his name in the scientific community. When he smuggles it aboard the cruise liner Regent Queen, commanded by Captain Randolph, the beast bursts out of the freight hold and makes a hodgepodge out of the guests as well as staff.
