It is run by Garvey, who is a person who runs a pawn shop in San Francisco During the time Garvey's shop is closed, his friends who aren't working and are criminals team up with a local pimp, Boardwalk, to break into Garvey's shop. Dillard likes a Hispanic woman who is the sister of a friend. During the planning process, Dillard gets to know her. He also has to check out a nearby apartment, where he meets and falls in love with the maid, who is a neighbor. He comes up with an idea for a burglary plan, which is carried out by the group of people they made up.
