A team of scientists lands on a remote, freezing planet to explore undiscovered ancient treasures. They realize that their German adversaries have already established a port there. When they seek their assistance following an unsuccessful landing, they discover the bodies of the Germans, clearly slain by one of the archaic animals that has risen to fresh life. They are now being pursued by the alien.
