Years after having a mysterious plague has ravaged the world and flipped all of humanity to blood-hungry monsters, a rogue drifter on a vengeful hunt stumbles over a band of survivors within an abandoned police station and reluctantly agrees to try to assist them protect themselves and retreat to the sanctuary they so desperately need.
