After mistakenly killing his father, Mike, during a sting, Joe attempts to fulfill Mike's last desire by reclaiming things stolen from him years previously by Mike's twin brother Lou. However, Uncle Lou is also a con artist, and Joe quickly becomes entangled in his more perilous schemes.
