Corn grain laced with steroids breeds huge rats the size of small dogs that prey on Toronto citizens. Paul, a collegiate basketball coach, teams up with Kelly, a local health inspector, to investigate the source of the unusual rat assaults, and together they attempt to avert the construction of a new subway line as well as locate the mutant rats nest fast, otherwise the entire city will be annihilated!
