In a dystopian future, the government of Brazil issues a law that compels all of the country's black residents to leave Brazil and move to Africa in an effort to get closer to their ancestral homeland. Two cousins, realizing that they are in the middle of a terrifying situation, seek sanctuary in an apartment. There, they discuss various social and racial concerns and discover that they both have the same desire to move to a different country.
