Dr. Lauren Slaughter is a research fellow at the Arab-Anglo Institute in London. She takes a second job at the Jasmine Escort Service, where she has more power over men and money than she has at work. Lauren encounters Lord Bulbeck, a statesman trying to mediate a peace deal between Arabs and Israelis. Lauren becomes a pawn in some very dark politics when Bulbeck falls for his escort.
