A film consisting of four short stories. The first tells the story of a deranged killer clown who stalks a young woman. During an interview with an on-air talk show hostess in the second film, a scream queen finds herself in for more than she bargained for. The third is a story about nature gone awry, and the fourth is the story of an FBI agent who is investigating a string of terrible murders in a tiny town in the United States.
