Pin head is trapped in a sculpture and fortunately for him the sculpture has been bought by a playboy who possesses. Pin head busies himself escaping by getting the playboy to lure victims so they could use blood. Once free, he seeks to destroy the puzzle block therefore he shouldn't ever come back to Hell, however, there is a reporter exploring the murders and stands in his manner.
