This film is about cab driver Lung, who is more than a little frighteningly obsessed with Maggie Cheung's anchorwoman Jenny Tung. He feeds her stories about what he sees while driving, and they eventually meet. He is smitten with her but is rebuffed. A deadly killer is on the run, and you know they'll be involved in some way.
