Chappy Sinclair is tasked with assembling a joint Soviet-American strike force to carry out a surgical strike on a heavily fortified nuclear missile site in the Middle East. Chappy discovers that getting the Soviet and American pilots to cooperate is only the beginning of his problems, as he discovers that someone in the Pentagon is actively sabotaging his mission.
