A simple diamond heist leads Lupin in to the machinations of a cult. The cult is located round the prophecies of Nostradamus, and they kidnap Julia, the girl of Douglas, a wealthy American who's seeking the presidency, along with the diamond of Lupin. From the vault at the top of the skyscraper Douglas holds at stake is that the book of prophecy.
