While the secret service dog, Butch, is on maternity leave, max is delegated for the White House. He matches with a boy, TJ, who's the President's son. Due to the visible of his father, lead a regular living and he's currently trying to match. During a state visit by the Russian President and his daughter, Alexandra (Alex), TJ is asked to accompany her, in his or her stay. TJ befriends Alex, but Max involves the rescue once they get in to trouble!
