A group of fugitive coltan miners in Burundi's hills form an anti-colonialist hacking collective. They strive to overthrow the totalitarian dictatorship that is exploiting the area's natural resources and its people from their camp in an extraterrestrial e-waste dump. The connection between an intersex runaway and an escaped coltan miner, brought by by cosmic forces, causes malfunctions in the larger divine circuitry.
