This action thriller tells the tale of Gunpowder (RMD) and Timipre (Olu Jacobs), 2 citizens of Oloibiri, the town where oil was first found in commercial amount in Nigeria. Gunpowder participates in violent struggle in protest to the repulsive living conditions in his area regardless of their oil wealth; charging Timipre's generation of doing nothing whilst their land was exploited and ransacked.
