Freddy, who is on the run with a suitcase full of cash and a potentially deadly wound after robbing his former mafia boss, sneaks onto a bus that is heading towards the unforgiving California desert. Freddy has very few options for how he may continue to live as his life seems to be slipping through his fingertips.
