Ash, Pikachu and his buddies decide to try and stop a group of thieves hiding out from the canals and alleyways of Alto Mare, the water capital that is age old. Joining the action will be a set of elephants named Latias and Latios, two brand legendary Pokémon, who serve as protectors and peace keepers of the Soul Dew - a priceless treasure having a power.
