Mark Hunter is a smart but shy teenager who has only moved into Arizona from New York. Unbeknownst to his parents and coworkers, at 10pm each school night Mark chooses to the short wave radio in his cellar and transforms to pirate DJ"Hard Harry". The series of mark, at once thoughtful and profane, becomes an undercover hit with students at his school, inspiring the anger of his chief along with the Federal Communications Commission [FCC].
