Puppet Master X follows Danny's characters because he tries to rescue his girlfriend Beth with the support of the puppets of Toulon. Yet their assistance is shortlived since they end up getting stolen by Ozu (Terumi Shimazu). While attempting to defend themselves against a new batch of 20, Beth and danny must attempt to rescue the puppets. Meanwhile, the occultist Commandant Moebius is currently attempting to use the serum that animates the puppets to create a master race and also take on the world
