Jack is an internet gambler living in New York City. After the fatality of his roomie, he becomes fixated on Scarlet - a web cam girl from San Francisco. His obsession gets to a boiling point when dream appears in reality and Jack sees Scarlet on a stormy New York City Chinatown road.
