A group of hostile aliens crash land at the end of the ocean, and via mind control utilize sharks to terrify a small town packed with tricks in the hopes of completing their invasion goal. It depends on a disparate team of townspeople to sort it out, but ultimately it's sharks versus aliens in an unusual climax.
