A dog groomer in Hollywood wants to become more than just a dog groomer in Hollywood, though. Michael Pinkney is a man who has a low income and lives in the shadow of the movie industry. In his job, his home is full of rats, and his mind wanders to a low-fi dream world that looks like his analog video experiments. As soon as Michael meets Cora, the girl of his dreams, things start to go awry for him.
