Gabriella is a brave and tough teenager from New York. She sees the assassination of her father, a beloved teacher at her high school who attempted to assist a tormented kid. Gabriella and her mother move to Florida, where Gabriella starts a new school. They are trying to get over their loss. However, she cannot avoid witnessing a youngster being constantly bullied in the lunchroom, which is the source of her anguish.
