After being resurrected by a malevolent force, Art the Clown travels back to Miles County, where he is obligated to search for and kill a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. The siblings struggle to stay alive while understanding the full nature of Art's nefarious agenda while the number of victims continues to rise.
