Each Challenge pits countless cast members from previous seasons of reality shows against each other, dividing them into two individual teams based on different criteria, such as sex, which show they first appeared , whether or not they're veterans or rookies on the show, etc.. Both teams compete in missions so as to win advance and prizes in the general game.
