An individual who is suspected to have connections to the criminal underworld in Sydney is taken into custody by Australian officials, and they summon Hong Kong's Inspector Fang Sing Leng (Jimmy Wang Yu) to interrogate him. After the purported criminal is murdered, Inspector Leng and the other members of the Sydney police force set out to find those guilty for the crime, with the hopes of solving their investigation along the way.
