A secret government research project tries reviving the World War II"Philadelphia Experiment," that has been an endeavor to develop a magical apparatus to leave warships imperceptible. After the test succeeds, it brings back the original boat (the Eldridge) that vanished during the initial test in 1943 - that brings destruction and death into the 21st century. It's up to his granddaughter along with the part of the initial experiment.
