It's hard to say whether Harry Berg is either a con artist or a legitimate artist, because he creates gigantic sculptures out of television sets. Rachel Dobs, a police detective who works for a collection agency, gets him into trouble because he owes money. As soon as Harry gets hold of a mysterious package, both he and the investigator are drawn into an elaborate corporate scheme to manipulate the lottery.
