Determined to avoid another night of driving around Torrance at the Blue Torpedo, Hubbs and Joe embark to a quest for fine chicks. Their avenues soon cross with Tack, from whom they learn about a pair of revolutionary chicks going outside nearby the Frankie Avalon place. From this deal, Hubbs worms Tack over the objections of Joe, and also the couple have a ride in their own fate.
