When a psychotic martial artist named Stryker resurrects the long-dead spirits of three ancient Chinese master assassins in an attempt to take over the New York underworld, supercops Tarek Richards and Linda Masterson are called in to stop him. However, fighting the undead is not easy, and while Richards appears to have the key to defeating these "Masters," he will need the assistance of Stryker's former master... let the battle begin.
