On vacation, a man awakens in an abandoned motel room in a tub of ice with his kidney missing, after waking up in a basin of ice. Upon entering the adjacent room, he discovers his wife ready to be the next victim of a horrifying organ harvesting organization. Their trip was originally planned as a time to concentrate on their failing marriage; nevertheless, they must now put their differences aside in order to escape before their kidnappers return and their dark secrets are exposed to them.
