Vulgar tells the story of a children's clown who has had a bad run recently. He lives in a substandard apartment that he cannot afford. Bums sleep in his broken-down car and crash on his lawn all the time. He has a moocher for a closest friend and a nagging mother who resides in a nursing home. He has the idea to become a bachelor clown one day.
