Both Ed Lover and Doctor Dre are bad barbers. They join the police force after deciding that they should pursue other careers. This is a grave error in the eyes of their duty sergeant, Sgt Cooper, who continues to harass them at every opportunity. Despite this, they uncover a significant crime and proceed to solve it in their own peculiar manner.
