Tiezhu (Li) is an exclusive eye controlled by the police to inquire into the unlawful activities surrounding activity icon Yuen Bao (Chan). A buff of Bao's, the asthma patient Tiezhu can hardly believe his luck when he conserves his idol's life. However, because the two become friends and Tiezhu is attracted into the sci-fi actions picture that Bao is working on, Bao's fictitious director, Tai (Danny Chan Kwok-kwan), is decided to turn his own actions crew into drug traffickers.
