Founded on a comic book called Fung Wan (or Tin Ha), the movie stars Ekin Cheng as Wind and Aaron Kwok as Cloud. The plot involves Whispering Breeze, two children and Striding Cloud, who become warriors under the wicked warlord Conquer's tutelage. They develop serving as his subordinates, however, a love triangle and also an injury contributes to a quest for retribution.
