Having finally secured her first assignment from her household's demolition firm, Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) has been sent to oversee the destruction of a flat house, only to discover that a group of renters still surviving in the condemned building. 1 such renter, Jimmy (Cameron Bright), tells Sam a urban legend about a serial murderer who used to dwell in the building and entomb his victims in the walls. What's worse, the dead are believed to still harass the residents to this very day.
