How it works
- Buying happens on your phone. On the TV, Account → Unlock this TV shows a code to scan; you pay on your phone, through our payment partner Polar, and the TV unlocks by itself a few seconds later.
- Lifetime is for one TV. It stays with that television, also if you reinstall ZTV. It can be moved to another TV with Account → Restore purchase and the email you bought it with — it then leaves the first.
- ZTV Unlimited is for you, on any of your TVs, one at a time. Sign in with Google on each TV. Whichever TV starts watching has it; the one it moves from goes back to the free hour, and Watch here takes it back.
- Cancelling. ZTV Unlimited can be cancelled at any time from the receipt Polar emails you; it runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for.
- Refunds. Ask at the address on the Support page. A refunded purchase or subscription stops unlocking.
- ZTV plays your own sources. Paying removes the daily limit; it does not include channels. See Support.
