Answers to what people ask most. Anything else: support@ztv.to.
Does ZTV come with channels?
No. ZTV is a player: it plays the source you add, from a provider you have the right to watch. Without one, it opens on ZTV Classics — public-domain films and series from the Internet Archive.
Which sources does it play?
Xtream servers (an address, a username and a password) and M3U playlists (an address). Add them in Account → Sources; you can keep several and switch between them.
Where does the programme guide come from?
From your source's own guide, when it has one, and from national guides ZTV adds for the countries your channels cover. You can add a guide address of your own in Account → Programme Guide.
What does the free hour mean?
Every TV can watch for an hour a day without paying. Unlocking the TV removes the limit — a single purchase, not a subscription.
I reset my TV. How do I get my unlock back?
Open Account and choose Restore purchase, then enter the email address you bought it with. An unlock can also be moved to another TV.
A channel will not play.
Most often the source itself is down or busy — try another channel, or the same one again a little later. Account → Tests has a TV & network check and a playback test that show where the problem is.
How do I send you a report?
Account → Support → Send a report. The TV sends its details and the app's activity log (never your logins), then shows a code: scan it with your phone to add a description or photos of the screen.
How do I delete my data?
On the TV, Account → Delete account removes the TV's account from our servers. Everything else — your sources, favourites and history — only ever lived on the TV.
